Self-initiated concept: designed and built by us, with no client commission behind it. We are a new studio and we would rather say so than invent a client list.

The starting point

A restaurant that only serves dinner does not sell dishes: it sells a whole evening. And its two specialities, the sirloin that arrives raw on a stone at two hundred degrees and the crêpes flambéed at the table, are exactly the ones that do not photograph well. You have to be there.

How we solved it

If you cannot show it, tell it. The site is built as a book with chapters, each carrying its hour: the room at 19:00, the stone at 20:30, the menu at 21:15. You turn pages instead of scrolling a list, and the header always says whether it is open and how much service is left.

The detail

The menu is assembled from public sources and says so out loud: indicative, with no per-dish prices. Inventing a menu that then does not match the table costs more than leaving the gap.

The name

Terral

noun · masculine

The dry, warm wind that comes down from inland and crosses Málaga out to sea. It arrives unannounced, pushes the temperature up ten degrees, and nobody manages to ignore it.
