  • Appointment confirmations

    The day before, it asks by WhatsApp whether they are coming, writes the answer in the calendar and tells the front desk.

  • Waiting list

    A freed-up slot is offered to the next person on its own, one at a time, until someone takes it.

  • Missed calls

    Thirty seconds after an unanswered call, a WhatsApp goes out, so nobody is left without a reply.

  • Check-up reminders

    Annual check-up, vehicle inspection or maintenance: the reminder goes out in its month, with nobody going through the list.

  • Review requests

    It asks for the review the day after the visit, with a private channel for anyone about to complain.

Worth knowing

  • It is built inside your own accounts: the day we leave, it stays with you.
  • The WhatsApp number and the subscriptions of any connected software are paid by the client.
  • Bespoke booking and appointment systems are quoted separately: they depend on the calendar you use.

    A twenty-minute call

    You tell us about the business and we tell you which plan fits. If none of them fits, we say that too.

    An interview and your material

    An hour with you to write the copy, plus your photos and your logo. The start date is agreed there.

    You see it, we publish it, we look after it

    You review the site before it goes out and ask for the changes you want. After that we look after it every month.

There are two of us, and you talk to both.

Rubén Díaz Fraga and Daniel Aguilar Fernández, two self-employed professionals in Málaga. No sales people, no account managers: whoever picks up the phone is the person building your site.

Questions

What everybody asks.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, twelve months. The whole site is built at the start and you pay for it through the year; from month thirteen you carry on month to month and can cancel whenever you like.

What if I cancel before the twelve months?

We invoice what is left of the commitment. It is not a penalty: it is work already done, delivered and published.

Is the website mine?

The domain is registered in your name from day one. Once the twelve months are up, if you leave you also take the website files at no cost.

What counts as a change?

Copy, prices, opening hours, photos or adding someone to the team. Unused ones carry over up to double, and an extra change costs €40. A new page is not a change: that is what moving up a plan is for.

How long does it take?

Mostly it depends on you: we start once we have all your material, and the start date is agreed when you sign up. If the material is very late, the project goes back in the queue.

What is not included?

Shops with a cart, bespoke booking systems, photography and writing your legal texts. Those are quoted separately, and you get the price before we start.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. These are prices for companies and self-employed professionals, so they are shown without VAT; 21 % is added on the invoice.

Do you work with private individuals?

No. We work with businesses — restaurants, clinics, shops, garages and professionals — where a website pays for itself with the customers it brings.
