Real free slots
Customers only see what is free, worked out from your calendar: opening hours, the length of each service, breaks, bank holidays and the gap between one appointment and the next.
Online bookings and appointments
Beyond websites, we build the system your customers use to book an appointment. It reads the slots you actually have free in your calendar, lets people book at any hour without calling, and takes care of confirming, reminding and letting the team know. No portal in between and no commission per booking.
The phone is not a booking system: it is someone on the team dropping whatever they were doing. What we build removes that step without changing how you work.
Customers only see what is free, worked out from your calendar: opening hours, the length of each service, breaks, bank holidays and the gap between one appointment and the next.
Google Calendar, Outlook or your management software. If someone writes an appointment in by hand, the website stops offering that slot, and every booking is checked again on confirmation so it never overlaps another.
A confirmation arrives on booking, and before the appointment a reminder with a link to change or cancel it. A freed slot becomes available again without anyone touching it.
Every booking, change or cancellation reaches you where you already work: email, WhatsApp or the calendar of whoever takes the appointment.
Plenty of people decide after the business has closed, not while it is open. If the only way to book is to call, it gets put off until tomorrow, forgotten, or goes to the place next door that does let you book. And the one that does come in by phone costs someone on the team whatever they had in hand.
Before building anything we need to understand how appointments are given today, exceptions included. That is what decides whether the system gets used or abandoned within a month.
Services, durations, who handles what, hours, exceptions and where everything is written down right now.
We set up booking on your website and the automations in your own accounts, and test them with real cases from the business, not invented examples.
We switch it on, show the team how to move and block slots, and hand over every login.
If you work by appointment or reservation and availability depends on a calendar, yes: clinics, physiotherapy, hairdressers and beauty, garages, advisers, academies or restaurants. And if your rules are unusual, all the better, because that is where an off-the-shelf app falls short.
Not necessarily. If it works for you, we connect it to the website and automate whatever is missing around it. Building it bespoke pays off when the app charges per booking, does not fit how you work or does not talk to the rest of your software.
The reminder includes a link to change or cancel without calling, and the slot becomes free again on the website. Nobody on the team has to touch the calendar.
In accounts in the business's name, not ours. Only the details the appointment needs are requested, and the form says what they are used for. In healthcare, what is and is not asked gets even more care.
One of the automations we already run —confirming the appointment, offering a freed-up slot, asking for the review— is €50/month on top of any website plan. A bespoke booking system that reads and writes your own calendar depends on the software you use and is quoted separately: you get the price after a short call.
Booking works best inside a fast website in your own name. If it needs building or rebuilding, we do it with the same bespoke code.
