Every treatment, explained
One page per treatment or speciality, in a patient's words: what it involves, what the first visit is like and what to bring. No jargon and no promises.
Clinics and practices
We build websites for dental clinics, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry, vets and any practice that works by appointment. Before calling, a patient looks for three things: what you treat, who will see them and when there is a slot. We have built two clinic concepts, one dental and one veterinary; they are concepts, not client work. We work remotely with practices anywhere and, when it helps, we meet in person in Málaga city.
Nobody chooses a clinic for its design. They choose it because they understand what will be done, know who will do it and can book without waiting for you to open.
One page per treatment or speciality, in a patient's words: what it involves, what the first visit is like and what to bring. No jargon and no promises.
The team with names, photos and qualifications, and their professional registration number if you want to show it. It is what reassures someone arriving without knowing you.
A link to your booking calendar or, with the automation, an appointment confirmation over WhatsApp the day before. €50/month on top of any plan.
The form asks only for what is needed to reply or give an appointment, says what it is used for and asks nobody about their health. Everything sits in accounts in the clinic's name.
Healthcare advertising has its own rules, and the first is not to guarantee results. We write the copy with that in front of us: what you do, how and who, with no “guaranteed results” and nothing a professional body could read the wrong way. You review it before it goes live, because the practice is responsible for what the website says. And if you have a health authority registration number, it goes on display.
A practice's diary is full of patients, not meetings. The process takes as little of your time as possible.
What you treat, how you give appointments today and which software you use. That tells us which plan fits and whether anything else is needed.
An hour with whoever runs the clinic to write the copy, by video call or, if you are in Málaga city, at the practice. You provide the photos of the team and the premises.
You review every text before it goes out. It is published on your domain, with the Google profile checked and booking connected.
If you work by appointment, yes: dentistry, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry, nutrition, aesthetics or veterinary care. What changes from one to another is the treatments and each profession's advertising rules, and we look at that on the first call.
Yes. Our prices are published excluding VAT and 21 % is added on the invoice. Since your activity is exempt, you cannot deduct that VAT: bear it in mind when comparing prices.
It depends on the software. If it has a booking link or connects to a calendar, we link it from the website. If the website needs to read and write your diary, that is a bespoke booking system and it is quoted separately: you get the price after a short call.
The minimum needed to reply or give an appointment: name, a way to get in touch and the reason for the visit if the patient wants to share it. The website asks for no medical history or health data, and the data sits in accounts in the clinic's name, not ours.
It depends on the profession and the rules that apply to you, and it has to be checked before, not after. By default we do not include them. What we do set up is the system for asking every patient for a Google review, the same way.
No, and nobody honest can. Nobody controls Google's order or how many people call. What depends on us is a website that is clear, fast, connected to your Google profile and lets people book at any hour.
If the problem is the phone, what you need is the appointment system: it reads the free slots in your calendar, confirms and reminds on its own and lets the team know.
