Website by subscription in Málaga
You do not pay for the website in one go. You pay a monthly fee that covers building it and looking after it: the design, the copy, hosting and each month's changes. From €50 a month excluding VAT, with no upfront payment and a 12-month commitment. We are a studio in Málaga: we work remotely with businesses anywhere and, when it helps, we meet in person in Málaga city.
What the fee covers, and what it does not
A monthly fee only makes sense if you know what it pays for. This is what is inside, and the only thing left out.
Hosting and updates
The website lives on our server, with its SSL certificate, and we keep it up to date without you having to ask.
Each month's changes
Every plan comes with its monthly changes. Unused ones carry over to the next month, and an extra change costs €40: you know the price before you ask.
What you pay yourself: domain and email
You pay for the domain and the mailbox directly to the provider, and they are in your name from day one. We set them up. So the day you leave, you do not need to ask us for anything.
With a monthly fee, each month's work is ours, not yours.
With a one-off website you pay at the start and, from then on, every change is a new quote or an hour of your own in front of an editor. With a subscription the website is not finished the day it goes live: the menu, the opening hours, a new service or a photo that no longer works are all part of the fee. And since there is no upfront payment, getting started does not depend on having the cost of the whole website at once.

There is no “buy now” button: we talk first, to see whether we are a fit and whether we have room for you.

A twenty-minute call
What the business is, what the website has to achieve and which plan fits. If none of them fits, we say that too.

Your sign-up link
If we go ahead, we send you a link. There you see who you are contracting with, read the terms, accept them and set up the direct debit or card. No upfront payment.

The website, then every month
An interview for the copy, your photos and your logo, and you see it before it goes out. From the day it is published, we look after it every month.
Questions about the subscription
Is the website mine?
The domain and email are, from day one: they are in your name and you pay for them. We build and host the website while the subscription lasts, and once the 12-month commitment is up, if you decide to leave, you take the files at no cost.
What if I want to leave before 12 months?
We invoice what is left of the commitment. The whole website is built at the start and paid for through the year: the commitment is what lets us charge you nothing up front. After 12 months you carry on month to month and can leave whenever you like, at no cost.
Can I change plan?
Yes. If the website outgrows its plan, you move up and pay the new fee, with nothing rebuilt. If what you need goes beyond the largest plan, it is quoted separately and you get the price before we start.
If I leave, do I lose what I had on Google?
The website's address is your domain, and the domain is yours: it stays your address even if we stop working together. You take the website files to host them wherever you like. What nobody can promise, us included, is where Google will rank you afterwards.
Who am I contracting with?
Terral Studio is the trading name of two self-employed professionals. Each client contracts with one of us, the person who builds the site, handles the monthly changes and invoices you. You see their name and tax ID on the sign-up page, before paying anything.
Is it for individuals?
No. It is for businesses, the self-employed and professionals. That is why prices are published excluding VAT: 21 % is added on the invoice.
